  Phew. So, yeah. I really don't even think it's 1-star territory, and I'm kind of sore at Googlr for forcing me to give one star just to participate in their program. Oh well, hopefully Trump will fix that :) Anyways. Yeah, I wouldn't recommend this H & R Block to anyone, ever, including: ISIS The Taliban Jared Bill Cosby Obama Iggy Azalea Aaron Hernandez (too soon)? The list goes on. Here's the story: we walked into this H & R Block in approximately February of 2016 after learning that I had made a mistake on Turbotax. It happens. I owned it. We still haven't received our refund back as of December 2016. What does that tell you? It's far outside the time frame we were told by H & R Block, and now they will have had to fix our amended return not ONCE but TWICE after charging us around $400. We spoken to management both times. Will never use H & R Block again. I wrote a letter to their Corporate Office and they agreed to reimburse me the fees they charged. I also found out that 2 of my co-workers had similar experiences at this H & R Block. That's so awful. DO NOT USE! *Google, by altering or deleting this review, you agree to reimburse me $100,000.00 and a prepaid TurboTax service for the tax year 2017.
